Hello Comrades,

This is the coming of the 17 episode of the Culture and Camaraderie podcast with Tyler @Lax_Era and myself @NYTypical. On this weeks most thought provoking introspective industrious creative discussion:

Outside the Circle

We round off the podcast talking about all the ways and strategies people can use to make money in this streaming era and answer:

if the ease of use is worth the cost?

Damilares opinion varies on what type of artist you are leading into what we should be doing as a crew to bring more people to listen to our work. Venturing outside our circle and not stay in our bubble.

He has a few parameters for the artists he would manage but he knows for sure that he won’t be relying on that persons friends, just as he got his website off the ground by building an audience outside his immediate circle is the same way he’d help someone else who fit the parameters.

As a team we should find meaning in working together whether we are in the same industry or not we should see success in others success and not look to copy their path but emulate their drive and move in your own direction knowing that the way you do your thing is just as worthwhile as them doing theirs as when you come back together and look at what you all have it will be multiplied as you are looking in different places at the same time. Divide and conquer
