Trying too Hard to be Cool

So Many people fake like they don’t try for some perceived clout and I just found this foolish and wanted to talk about it as I have never related. In general 90% of things I do I have found easy which led me to doing more and taking advantage of all the things I never had time to do but al in I have never ever acted like I don’t try or like this whole game isn’t my life

Am I playing the Game wrong by showing that I care so much ?

What social dynamics have been set up whereby this is the standard, what clout does this offer? and how can this be displayed when real life comes to play? Can it help you hire people etc?
