Culture And Camaraderie Podcast: Best of The Best (@camaraderiepod)

Hello Comrades,

MAILING LIST

This is the coming of the newest instalment of the Culture and Camaraderie podcast with Tyler @Lax_Era and myself @NYTypical. On this weeks most thought provoking introspective industrious creative discussion:

We took some time to really talk about the next year and decade we’re entering. Tyler spoke about 2029 which sparked a conversation that bred introspection and industrious thought on how to get there, the obstacles we’re facing on our individual journeys & the way we can overcome those things that separate us from greatness

Act in Greatness

We get into my approach for all my fashion content for next year and how it will differ from this year the way the videos need to be the type of content I want to see and more importantly the way the future will look like with our impact.

Because of the way the fashion industry was there’s a lot of men following the old ways of the snooty kind and we have a chance to change that – change everything – and being a role model is kind of the way to go in my book. Knowing what It’s like and changing peoples start off points from snobby to welcoming.

We spend a good amount of time talking about actually pursuing an independent career and having to make money while doing so. Many people get list in the passion and take less time to honour the practical. If you are not making the most commercial of sounds and working for the industry you have to have a job to hold you up while you pursue your personal art by yourself & we really get into that.

England is Good for Creating But Not Making Money

Furthermore, after our big money conversation we get into the more local topic of UK businesses and actually building something in the UK. The terribly way Artists are treated and have no power politically and can’t be subsidised economically & all those hurdles that we need to overcome to make one pound in this here Britain.

We get into all that and more on the long podcast.

@NYTypical

I document all the information I've gathered in my working and real life using reason and the written word to share with everyone how I ask an artist see the world. I research Plastics and Concrete and I'm educated in tech, design and art history. While having active practitioner experience in Advertising. I use that myriad of technical skills and display how they apply in the world and products we use starting with fashion.
