A Note On: One Year On From Starting my website #PrimeNYT

Bless Up from your feet to your head top

We go again

It’s even been a year since I started writing articles. And 5 months since I took it seriously, bits been one heck of a journey like seriously I never thought a year later I would have a podcast or writing releasing my books and it’s all because I started this website.

Having this website to express myself is what allowed me to flex that muscle and really be one with my creative process. From the concept and planning of an idea and being able to flesh out an idea in word format all the way to presenting it for people once the idea is done to the state I appreciate.

I have recently started my podcast and my talking ability may be high but it’s not all the way where I want it but when it comes to writing a concept down and going through the process of editing and fleshing it out I have a real good idea of how to do that. Translating that into orator skills is my podcast job and just in there as I do here. I am just honestly thankful I went down this path.

I’m pleased to see how this grows, I haven’t been talking about the most zeitgeist things but I have been talking about things that are important to me and its amazing to see they’re important to others.

Talking about contemporary designers principles design ethics mindset and all that isn’t as sexy as all the mainstream outlets would have you believe but they are very important. I talk about designers that get little press but are positively amazing my most inspiring posts have been about Yoon of Ambush and Kerbie of Pyer Moss (who’ll I’ll be writing more on.); who have been read on mystic mortises than any designer, which makes me proud. I had a genuine interest in their greatness and it spread.

Thats the type of energy ~I hope to bring light to contemporary designers and better understanding of what it means to be an artist and have a philosophy. Those code’s will forever be shared as long as this forum exists and I am happy I made it

Stay composed and keep your neck up

The Principle of the Housing Problem in the Millennial World

We Go Again,

I begrudgingly listen to my peers on things they have to say concerning ways of life they did not invent and try to decipher what it truly means to them. Today I was told that a house and a car is, a stable future & a priority & a pillar of strength and manliness.

I don’t worry that this is how people think, I don’t care what people’s philosophies are because part of mine is do good for humans. I care what people are programmed to think do to a complex, in built, societal norm that was invented for people who can’t think for themselves to accept such if they can’t find a better way of thinking.

That’s what a societal norm is. It’s the dogma of the average and don’t want to think for themselves. Why do I think this pursuit for a house is part of this? Mainly because I get freaked out when people blurt our the same quote but paraphrase it. I can’t lie that’s incredibly scary to me and feel of sorts. I can’t judge and don’t want to take away something from someone who’s clearly not thinking for themselves and I have no real intention of replacing how they think.

As a leader one must lead in a way apart from people, the achievements of the average/the masses are footnotes. That’s not to make anyone feel a type of way I just don’t feel the same way as this it doesn’t mesh with my philosophical or economic belief.

It’s much like the always there conversation I had years ago. What wrong with taking a year out understanding what you want from you and executing that instead we collate the sacrifice of Youth to adult ideas that were only made in the past century and are not the type of ideas that were meant to last. We’re worried about the wrong things, not existentially but in principle.

There’s no life principle or in your history that says having a house or car or 10 acres of land can change you or your families life. If that were true those of us making the worlds top 20% wage minimum of $30,000 would have bought the land in our village by now.

A house doesn’t mean a better life for your children. Even building the economy doesn’t do that, if you want to be part of the money making machines just say so. But trapping yourself into debt and mortgage payment does not free yourself, isn’t the remark of a free person and doesn’t make you seem better to your kids. Especially if at any point a recession hit and you aren’t ready, your direct debit goes up and you’re back up grinding on your knees. Nothing is wrong with any of that if it’s truly what you want you’d do it with a smile and no one could critique you for it.

A Thought On: Is there such a thing as too cozy

We go again,

I’m distraught, I don’t know how to address this. As you can see by the title something that should give everyone the heebie-jeebies is happening. People are wearing bootcut jeans, your culprits? Style icons:

  • Bloody Osiris
  • Bloody Dior
  • A$AP Rocky
  • A$AP Ian
    • A$AP Carti
  • It’s a pandemic I don’t want it and I don’t need it, some of you just look uncomfortable in certain garments we can tell you don’t love the clothes but you love the trend it’s even worse than copying someone outfit you’re copying an aesthetic that don’t suit your personality all because your favourite influencer dresses that way.
  • Spending exorbitant amounts of money on a copious amount of garms that really don’t feel good or fit well, that’s another thing. It’s not even that they clothes are a relaxed fit you are buying two sizes your senior thsts even worse than people who buy two sizes down. Unnecessarily overdoing it. Literally llow it
  • It’s not relaxed or just baggy it’s too big to handle and slackly. The guys who follow their own flow are the ones you want to follow, not to copy but to give us the courage to dress how we should. There’s nothing more of a reason why we should follow them, I have never followed anyone to jock their outfits or to copy their style but to allow the creative energy into my presence and to push me to do more with my wardrobe.
  • Creatively expressing YOURSELF through clothes is an effort but an effort worth pursuing. How I did so is detailed in the journey of mine, I wrote sometime ago and it’s not important because it was my journey but I detailed the phases I went through stage by stage. Do so yourself
