A Thought on: How I rediscovered all of my talents -What you need to know to be productive

We go again

This is one of those things that if you read it, you’ll get it right away. If not I would have to spend two years mentoring you into understanding this statement.

you were born with the rudiment of all things in this world

I remember when I was told this, it was just the headline & it bode well for me, I was a simple animation student and this understanding transformed me into a multimedia fanatic; all I do is learn all things media and creative for multiple reason now; this was just the start of it.

Some people tell me I’m a genius because I understand Design Engineering, Thermodynamics, economics, philosophy and politics. I remember all my late nights book reading and studying on all these topics; so I can’t tell you what the truth is. What I do know is I can recall a great deal of this information and mesh the ideas into my favourite modes of study.

I studied animation so we learned multiple subjects and not just from the realm of design but psychology, storytelling, meaning, advertising, art history and how it relates to a working to industry standards; my course was just packed with all the essentials and fundamentals of all things relating to making good-classic content & if you saw that you won.

This is about the rudiment though all children are born with the rudiments depending on culture children will act out the memes and iconic stories of their home state to better understand their role and ideas are imprinted into them, consequently they drop or forget what it is to act outside their position; even further back children will Babel every phonemes in speech, yes every human is born with the rudiment to sound all languages; once they’re grown to speak they lose such abilities and keep all the relevant ones to their languages, who would have thought baby babel is real babel.

Many people have been told what they can and can’t get up to, some people believed those that told them that. A common strand I’ve seen in creatives is we ask questions and a common practice I’ve seen in entrepreneurs they didn’t believe anyone a common practice I’ve seen in geniuses they believed the were always right… These people were the defiant ones, disagreeable to the norm and conscious to own vision, the disruptors and the thinkers these people are usually the builders of economy.

Adopting any of those practices to question what you’ve been told, mores to question what you believed from what you were told. This will bode well for all, there’s a whole reconciliation process with understanding every lesson you were taught to aid you and not hinder you. However just before that there’s really one thing you have to be sure to know. Your skill level and threshold for greatness.

When I was younger I had to discover my limits, finding out there are only the limits you put on yourself I made sure I learned all I needed to, relevant and qualified subjects for that goal. Learning because you can because you’re young, because you’re you; because you’re great is a worthy ideal the nonstop growth and contest with your own self is.

Whether you find something new about yourself and shift your thinking; discover things you never knew you could do all steel your resolve to whatever you believed to be true with no distractions or what ifs.

what will it be?

OYOS — Blue Collar Work Ethic, White Collar Education — How I collect the Right Information and you can do it too

We go again,

I wouldn’t know how to explain it any differently. But I will try and expound on what I mean, the lengths I’ve gone to to get an education have been extreme almost dying and coming back many times because that’s just how I was raised.

Since I was a teenager I knew I would have to work incredibly differently than my peers, I didn’t know how differently. In honesty a big part of me educating myself came from dark places. 90% of my formative years educating myself was from a sick bed learning the thing that was going to get me the grade while doing the thing that would get me the grade because that’s just how I was raised

Life has seen me differently in the past couple of years I’ve had to put in more work finding the right information than actually learning it. Learning is no longer an issue for a brain used to consuming information it’s the quality of information that is important. Right now the internet is like a rainforest full of all manner of things most poisonous and some delectable. Those are the risks I take for an education because that’s just how I was raised.

I enjoy learning I was told from young it will get me places, but no one ever tells you the risks in finding out the right information, sometimes that can still burn like arsenic… information really changes situation, it’s changed my lifewhat we think we know isn’t always the truth and sometimes it feels like people would it be that way – how incredibly sad.

What do I do to avoid putting strychnine in my coffee instead of sugar? but if it wasn’t for the way I was raised I would not be the type to have handled it as well as I do.

I say this because the amount of information that is shared that just happens to be false, falsified or misleading or misguided is exorbitant. I’ve dedicated a bulk of my life to academia being in bed library hospital or in the classroom and whist I have been out of the educational sphere I find most of the information is guided under lock and key in each industries individual jargon. The jungle of information continue to mask the right information and strychnine is masked as fruit trees, what we think we know isn’t always the truth and sometimes it feels like people would rather it be that way – how incredibly sad.

What do I do to avoid putting strychnine in my coffee instead of sugar? I work on my investigative skills and I do as the scientist and mathematicians do. I ask an array of questions on a subject and I answer them with research to prove or disprove my hypothesis, it’s as simple or as complex as that. I remove my bias and go for the right information because it’s needed and not because I want to feel right but because there are too many people out here spreading the wrong information

It is not easy to find the right information without a great deal of information so you follow someone’s teachings and stick to their own circle of influence reinforcing their beliefs within their space, which works when you want a lifestyle tribe but doesn’t scale worldwide, it’s all blessed if you want to think what you think, possibly. If it’s not hurting people, maybe. But I like knowing what I know can be proven.

Lack Lustre Luxury — Luxury Lines Lost Lineage

Fashion houses Losing their way in form of trying to appeal and offend people who are not Their customer base

We Go Again,

It makes me uncomfortable to see this happen, I wrote about the high fashion hoodie and people thought they could take items that appeal to my social base and create items that have nothing to do with them in order to capture a new audience; Even at the expense of offending us.

I shake my head and wag my finger at these guys who thing they can really mess with my people’s emotions, it’s a problem.

Don’t lose your job

First of all don’t lose your job trying to appeal to an audience that isn’t for the company you’re working for. You’re talking about Vivendi LVMH and Marc Jacobs, billion dollar corporations that run on merchandising and margins.

You cannot be an artist with margins. Just ask Raf and Alexander Wang. I only name them because I love them dudes, bringing America to Balenciaga and Paris to CK wasn’t going to work the sensibilities of those two don’t blend, like herbal tea and milk. If you ever tried to put milk in lemon and ginger tea you know what I’m talking about

When you’re not sensible with blending cultures you’re going to have a problem with the customer base because what you’re doing won’t sell…

Bringing me to my next point

Don’t try be artsy with MY HISTORY

The most uncomfortable part about this past year is the using of racist imagery and cultural items thinking my people will fall for it.

You cannot try make an artist statement as a non black person with black history. It’s unacceptable, some of my people don’t know better so they can’t say better which is why they need someone on the understanding side to be forthcoming with them.

It’s like what on Gods Green Earth are you expecting making clothes with the sensibility of black sentiment trying to gain when the customer is aristocratic white and Asians.

My people have got killed for less so why do more than necessary. There are an infinite number of formations and patterns and styles you can use. Making stuff that doesn’t appeal to your main customer when clothes isn’t your companies main exploit. It’s weird -big man ting – uncomfortable for me to have to write like this. Smh.

I’m really done with you all
